We are a 21+ property.
No pets allowed.
The entire property, including outdoor spaces, is 100% smoke and vape free. The fine for smoking of any kind including candles/incense or vaping is $300.
Standard check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in is available for an additional fee. We allow guest check-ins until 9:00pm. If guests plan to arrive later than 9:00pm, they will need to contact the hotel to let us know.
For convenience, we are a contactless hotel and use a digital entry code system to access both the lobby and guest room(s). Prior to your arrival, guests will receive a Pre-Check In email. Once guests complete the required pre-check in process, they will receive room assignment(s) and entry code(s). Guests must complete the pre-check in process prior to arrival.

Limit 2 registered guests per room. The Double King Room can accommodate 4 registered guests.
The on-site parking lot is available to guests on a first-come first-serve basis. Additional parking is available on the street and in the alley directly behind the hotel.
Guests can cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of their deposit. Guests that cancel between 7 and 2 days of arrival will forfeit 50% of their deposit. Guests that cancel within 2 days of arrival will forfeit 100% of their deposit. Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
We are an eco-friendly hotel and only change linens upon guest turn over. If you have a specific need, please let staff know and we can try our best to accommodate you.
Guests or visitors found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire-fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the hotel due to their actions and will be evicted from the hotel. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, law enforcement may become involved at the hotel’s discretion.
Rooftop patio is opened seasonally and weather permitting. Hours are from 9:00am to 10:00pm. Beer and wine purchased on-site are allowed to be consumed on the patio. The patio is an exclusive feature for guests only.
The light blue hotel entry door can be accessed from the adjoined parking is locked at all times to ensure the safety of our guests. It can be unlocked from the outside using your digital entry code & from the inside by turning the deadbolt below the brass hand. The door will auto-lock but we ask that you double check that it has locked.
The cleanliness of our rooms is a standard we hold in the highest regard. If you bring any infestation into your room or onto the property, you may be held liable for any and all costs related to remediation and loss of room revenue.
